Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Re: Does Lightning strike twice?

JK, when is the trustee sale final?

I do not have an issue with the homeowner suing the lender for wrongful foreclosure, but if you purchase a property at trustee sale and record the trustees deed ... when can you rest assured that you own the property if the TDUS can be unilaterally rescinded by the Trustee?

I would like to see that the 15 day period for recording the deed is used to review and check for any errors and that once the TDUS is recorded that the matter is laid to rest for the BFP who purchased at the sale.

On the first recission mentioned in the post, the attorney for the lender states we are due statutory interest of 7% and nothing more ... that does not work for us ...

I am not sure which JK you are as over the years there have been several on this Board.
