In over a decade of Trustee sale buying, we have had 1 sale where the TDUS was not sent out due to an error and 2 former owners sue one for wrongful foreclosure and one where the UD judge went sideways and we had to quiet title.

Now, within 4 weeks we have our 2nd sale that it looks like may be rescinded due to the lender selling during a loan mod!!!

Curious who else is having or knows of sales that may be rescinded for the above???

Seems the finality of the Trustee sale process is losing it meaning ... Thoughts/comments/rants? Rick I am sure even if no one else has an opinion that you will ... post or call me.
