In the grand scheme of things I'm relativity new to buying at the TS. We started a hair over three years ago and have gone well into the double digits of TS flips as a two person operation. In that time we have had 3 rescission prior to receiving the deed and 1 after receiving and recording the deed. I honestly figured it was just part of the game, never let it bother me and moved on. I'm not saying that is the correct action by any means just how we took it.

I guess my rescission numbers are higher than normal over the course of 40 or so TS buys?
