Mark your calendar! Our graduates' reunion is always on the last Saturday in February. For 2012 that's Saturday, February 25th at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula (southern Riverside County). The reunion's purpose is to provide you grads an opportunity to network with other grads you've never met because of our one-on-one training style. So, this is your chance to meet other alumni like yourself who evince the same keen interest in foreclosure investing, and/or the title holding trust.

To facilitate the networking process you will be asked to stand and give a 3 minute bio and your needs and wants concerning foreclosure investing and/or the title holding trust. Every hour or so we orchestrate a seating change so you will have to introduce yourself to the new person sitting on either side of you. Bring loads of business cards.

We typically have an outside speaker or two. This year we have two. The first at 10:00 AM is Steven Silverstein, an attorney who prides himself on aggressive, quick evictions. He'll be talking about how to avoid the delays that commonly occur prior to taking possession of foreclosured properties. The second speaker at 2:00 PM is Russell Little, a bankruptcy attorney who will talk about Chapter 13 as it relates to foreclosures and pursuing relief for eviction reasons.

The activities will start at 8:00 AM with check-in and a continental breakfast. At noon we will have a buffet lunch and in the mid-afternoon some vegetable munchies.

Some grads like to stay on Friday night so they don't have to get up early and drive to the location. We do not reserve a block of rooms because the discount is so negligible and you can get the same mark down by using your AAA card. We've been told you should try to book your room by the New Year to make sure the hotel is not sold out.

We think you'll really like the resort. Pechanga offers many amenities so why not make a weekend of it? There's an 18 hole golf course, lots of restaurants, a spa and health club, and of course the casino. We've booked the Eagle's Nest meeting room on the top floor of the hotel. It has a fantastic view.
