I am going through louis brown course and he recommends inserting the duties of the trustee into the deed itself or attaching an addendum to the deed showing the duties of the trustee. This way no one wants to look at the trust agreement to see the trustee duties. He has an example of a warrantee deed but not a grant deed. If anyone here can help that would be great.
