hello ward

just as planned - i thought you would take the opportunity to profess the merits of your course

i agree wholeheartedly - you do offer a great course - especially the ongoing support - since there are many variations that come up

i do think that bronchick does give a lot of bang for the buck in his course - true he does not have all the forms you do and especially important to us - he is NOT CA specific and you are !!!

so if someone wants to spend $150 or so - bronchick is a great start to understand the stuff - then they can get a lot more out of the 1 on 1 time with you

have i redeemed myself??

sorry - you know how us eccentric types are
besides it was probably written early in the morning - maybe as early as 9 AM !!!

Lughead

: : hello

: : i ordered lou brown's course

: : found his flowsheet difficult to follow - no grant deed -

: : plus he spends a lot of time on 'naming' the trust - yet does not give and hint that in some states the indexing will be under the trustee's name -

: : don't know what state you are in -

: : in CA i would be hesitant to use Brown's stuff - and in fact i took him up on his no questions asked money back guarantee - - they did ask why .....

: : Bronchick has a good course for a lot less

: : ward has a good course - same price as lou brown

: : Lughead

: =?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=

: Lunk,

: Just a cotton picking minute, man. I haven?t seen Bronchick?s trust manual, but I wonder?

: Does Bronchick?s or Brown's manual:

: 1. Contain info on Revocable versus Irrevocable so you can really understand what asset protection is really based upon?
: 2. Contain two lengthy articles written by CA attorneys about the efficacy of using the THT (title holding trust) here in CA?
: 3. Speak of or show you how to use the Performance Trust Deed?
: 4. Contain, besides the basic trust, all the collateral forms including the multitude of Directions to Trustee, Resignations, 3 different Certification of Trusts, forms flowchart, Affidavit of Successor Trustee, Non-Recordation of Transfer Tax, The Friendly Trust Deed, The Performance Trust Deed, etc.

: And finally, does Bronchick, Lou Brown or anyone else ALSO throw in 5 to 7 hours of one-on-one personal instruction, all digitally recorded for you on a free CDROM, along with unlimited contact and re-training thereafter?

: So Lunk, as far as you?re concerned, what does great require?
