Contain two lengthy articles written by CA attorneys about the efficacy of using the THT (title holding trust) here in CA? 3. Speak of or show you how to use the Performance Trust Deed? 4. Contain, besides the basic trust, all the collateral forms including the multitude of Directions to Trustee, Resignations, 3 different Certification of Trusts, forms flowchart, Affidavit of Successor Trustee, Non-Recordation of Transfer Tax, The Friendly Trust Deed, The Performance Trust Deed, etc. And finally, does Bronchick, Lou Brown or anyone else ALSO throw in 5 to 7 hours of one-on-one personal instruction, all digitally recorded for you on a free CDROM, along with unlimited contact and re-training thereafter?
