Contain, besides the basic trust, all the collateral forms including the multitude of Directions to Trustee, Resignations, 3 different Certification of Trusts, forms flowchart, Affidavit of Successor Trustee, Non-Recordation of Transfer Tax, The Friendly Trust Deed, The Performance Trust Deed, etc. : And finally, does Bronchick, Lou Brown or anyone else ALSO throw in 5 to 7 hours of one-on-one personal instruction, all digitally recorded for you on a free CDROM, along with unlimited contact and re-training thereafter? : So Lunk, as far as you’re concerned, what does great require? Hi Ward, Can you email me a generic (non-Orange County) version of a Performance Deed of Trust? We discussed this last week. I've checked online and cannot seem to find one.
