: Hi Ward,

: Can you email me a generic (non-Orange County) version of a Performance Deed of Trust? We discussed this last week.
: I've checked online and cannot seem to find one. Do they only exist specific to a particular county?

: One more question: how DO you stop a foreclosure in 2 hours?

: Thanks,
: Jim

Jim,

I don’t have a generic performance trust deed— all mine are county specific. So let me know which county you want and I’ll be happy to email it to you.

Just about anyone can stop a foreclosure by filing an emergency bankruptcy petition in Chapter 13.

Hope this helps.
