: : Hi Ward,

: : Can you email me a generic (non-Orange County) version of a Performance Deed of Trust? We discussed this last week.
: : I've checked online and cannot seem to find one. Do they only exist specific to a particular county?

: : One more question: how DO you stop a foreclosure in 2 hours?

: : Thanks,

: Jim,

: I don’t have a generic performance trust deed— all mine are county specific. So let me know which county you want and I’ll be happy to email it to you.

: Just about anyone can stop a foreclosure by filing an emergency bankruptcy petition in Chapter 13.

: Hope this helps.

Thanks Ward. I need one for Ventura County.
