Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Thanks Rick!!

April 03, 2012 10:14PM
Rick,
Thanks for the feedback. We came to the same "small claims court" conclusion.

While I beiieve my original post generally accurate, I went ahead and edited the post. Does my cleaned up version pass your slander test?

By the way, our escrow company was instantly familiar with The Perry Law Firm and equally troubled with their collection efforts on previous dealings.

I am sorry that my anomynity concerns you. But I am thrilled that it adds to the intrigue. Last time I checked the vast majority of participants on this board utiize abbreviations, aliases and the like. I think Ward set it up this way for a thoughtful reason. It allows for more freedom of discussion with less fear of repurcussion.

This HOA lien collection tactic should be of major concern to anyone buying condos at trustee sale. In my view, The Perry Law Firm recognizes the dollar amounts involved are just small enough that the average flipper doesn't have time to deal with it. I fear they will continue this tactic until a few of us team up and battle them in court. If not, their tactics will catch wild fire and all other HOA collection firms will utilize.
