Buying from an owner in foreclosure such as what I believe this scenario started as is not my cup of tea. However I seem to remember that if you do an equity sale the owner has to move out and can not buy the house back as some point in the future. I quickly scanned 1695 but didn't see anything regarding it.

Just curious if my memory is playing games on me here.
