Yes, I am just starting down a path and am inexperienced. I have just sold my home and am attempting to leverage that into another home and 2 investment properties. I have the 2 investment properties in hand and am attempting to find a "good deal" on a home to live in.

I am attempting to reach out to some folks with knowledge and looking for some input and guidance. Obviously this is not the place. I will remove myself and let you all get back to whatever it is you all do. I will be searching craigslist for a house to repaint and recarpet.
