HOA lien judicial foreclosure

Say I bought a tiny HOA lien from the HOA, and say the property had a giant 1st and 2nd with the same lender. Can I go forward with a judicial foreclosure on the lien, in hopes (belief) that the lender won't respond and wipe out the senior loans? More on the lender later, but where can I read more about judicial foreclosure on an HOA lien? Thanks! Kristine
