Hey Lugster - Like we talked on the phone, I think it's a crappy deal but your basic choices include:

do nothing
Sue the lender bank for quiet title, fraud, RICO, money laundering, prostitution, acting like a democrat (the latter, a particularly heinous act)
coerce or bribe the former homeowner
help relocate the former homeowner
move into the subject property, asking the old owner to "skooch over" a bit
blackmail the bank's asset manager
report them to this forum for future disciplinary action

which others am I missing?
