Definitely interesting times in RE. Agreed that reos/shorts arent a consistent income, however they do seem to be getting better than 2008-2010. Also, I have a good friend in Kern county that buys at the trustee sales there, but I dont think he really looks for reo/shorts. I can always connect you two up if you want his opinion on what he would pay for your inventory. He will give you a good honest opinion and he has plenty of money to buy if interested...
