Re: Question for Active Trustee Sales Buyers

Thanks for the replies. I am trying to figure out what price a few of the properties I'll be offering for sale soon would make them attractive to the trustee sale investors in my farm. What I learned from the replies here is that you are all finding trustee's sales pretty safe and without risk. If the difference between buying at sale and buying retail is so small, then trustees sale must be where it's at.

Seriously, a vacant property with pictures/inspection and clear marketable title? Isn't avoiding eviction/cash for keys and/or 90 days for bona fide tenants and the chance to start the rehab the next day worth more than that? Thanks for your thoughts. Kristine
