Re: Foreclosure and Death question- across state lines

We won't have entry into the house until Nov 6th. My mom is worried about them moving forward sooner than that. I spent this afternoon searching public records to find that the foreclosure process may have been started as early as Nov 2010. At least I was able to find out which bank the loan is held at, so I can call tomorrow (they are on east coast time and are closed already today) to get more info.

Again, I appreciate your response. Didn't realize you were mostly in CA. I'm in WA state, and my bro's property is in IL, so it's all a little tricky.
