Re: Hiding the Price Paid at Trustee Sale

I never believed that the price was private or that someone couldn't come to the counter and with the doc number figure out what I paid. What I believed was that I could hide the price with the appropriate docs. I did have the non-diclosure form which I've used 50 times in Orange County and LA County. What I was told in San Bernardino was that if I altered the Trustee's Deed (whited it out) that she would not record it... I've never had a problem using the non record doc in Orange or LA County and I couldn't figure out why I did in SB....
