Re: Newbie Here - Foreclosure Stage

My friend had told me about short selling, however i haven't made up my mind to that notion, i had my house for ages now and I can't see myself selling it away. Reinstate loan sounds good to me, however, i still haven't got enough money to pay my dues!! I had a little idea about the other four that I hadn't mention, I do not want to short sale my property,, and i dont want it to be foreclosed as well,, (sigh) it seems like whatever i choose, i will lose my property either way... Something that i don't want to happen,, :(
