Newbie Here - Foreclosure Stage

Hello there, this is Ritch and newbie to this forum. I’m living in LA and I’m in pre-foreclosure stage. Are there any good options for me other than entering in a short sale in order to pay off outstanding debts? Or is it the best alternative as yet?
Hi everyone, just call me Ritch and I am a new member of this forum. I am currently living at Los angeles. And I would say that staying there is a pleasure. However I am on a foreclosure stage. That’s why I decided to join forums thinking I could learn a lot from other members and get a lot of support or encouragement.
Are there any good options for me other than entering in a short sale in order to pay off outstanding debts? Or is it the right option as yet?
