Rental Properties With Pool - Should I buy ?

April 09, 2012 07:01PM
I buy and hold and rent the properties out. I have an opportunity on a single family house that has a pool. None of my other properties have pools. I am wondering if it is easier or harder to rent homes with pools and if the added expense pays in the form of rent. Anyone with any experience with this situation I would like to hear from, Thanks
