Re: Realist and hiding auction purchase price

Its been awhile since I bought at a trustee sale, but doubt the TDUS has changed. In the body od the TDUS I use to see it shows what the price paid was, are you saying your getting TDUS where the purchase price is left blank?. If not there is always the trustee websites or automated line, third party data sources (ie foreclosure radar, county records, etc..). But I imagine since a the sale is public is would be difficult to hide the sales price.
