Realist and hiding auction purchase price

We've started requesting the transfer tax and purchase price not be recorded with the TDUS at the county using Tax and Revenue Code 11932. The county has complied but on our last two purchases, the purchase price is showing up on Realist's website. Does anyone know where they are getting the value from and how to hide it from Realist?
