You covered them all, Rick.

Working on one now.

Asked lady to sign QCD and offered $300...she countered at $5,000.

Problem is she has $67,500 1st to contend with.

So I am taking opiton #6....Have attorney file Quiet Title Action...here it is about $2,500 to $3,000.
