Thanks Rick. I do not plan to sell the house back to them nor will I mention it. If they do ask about it, I would say I have no plans on selling the house to anyone. It will be a long term investment. Secondly, I was planning to do what you said. I will use a rental/agreement with another member of the family and not with the previous owner themselves.
