Have you read the case? The case may have nothing to do with the property you bought or the trustee's sale. It might involve other types of debt. Might involve a different property. The class action could be for improperly imposed fees or some such thing. If it were me I wouldn't worry about it. You'll get the deed in a timely fashion or you won't. If you get the deed, record it.
