Open Case

Hello -

I was the winning bidder on a property.
I dont have the deed yet but I found a case open 2:2011-cv-10520
where the Trustor is part of a class action agains the Lender.

I do not see a Lis Pendens filed.

Should the property have gone to sale? Shouldnt the
beneficiary hold off the sale until they get relief or
the case is closed?
