I would just send them a bill for the amount currently due and you will show the judgment paid when the check clears. I might suggest that the house was occupied when you went there and if it wasn't you who was it they allowed in the house at the time, and where were you physically at that time if it wasn't you? I would say I'm sorry but I am unable to believe anything you say due to our history, and I'll be waiting for your check in the amount of, or you can have it sent to me from the escrow on your new home.

You don't give a dollar amount but it must be peanuts compared to what it is going to cost them to go to court, and when it comes to money it appears they will go the cheap route, and as someone stated they need to act now if they want to buy the new home while you have all the time element on your side. Plus now you know where they are and they have a few bucks, start the collection action, see how they like that. I love it when the people I have judgments against want to buy a home, etc. it's finally payday!!!
