Good call Kristine; yes I am in Escrow with a $75,000, and I just requested my Escrow officer to request the demand yesterday.

I have been told that the "Request for Notice" language in the TD is tantamount to an acknowledgement that the loan is in a Jr. position. Just trying to get some confirmation of that.
