After Filing BK, How Does Owner Postpone the Bk?

Trying to buy a property with a TS tomorrow at 10:30. Owner has the forms filled out and is going to courthouse to file asa they open at 9am.

Where do we send the filed BK ppwrk to ensure the sale gets postponed?
