Reinvent yourself

Except for a few dozen people it’s good news! It’s only bad if you’re one of the investors who bought the liens (most probably don’t realize their mistake yet), or one of the investors savvy enough not to buy and now must find another way to invest. The county’s windfall will temporarily remove their need to find other means of revenue enhancement. This has been going on for at least three plus years. I attribute it to low returns on CDs, bonds, infomercials, and those not sophisticated enough to invest in the stock market. Basically it’s the dumb money crowd.
