I thought I answered your overage question in great detail. Did I leave something out?

If your Q re: surplus funds is about 'Who is entitled to any surplus?' then you need to understand that it's NOT you as t-sale buyer who is entitle to any surplus, unless coincidentally:
1. You have a recorded equitable as lienholder or Grantee as of the day before the sale, or
2. You purchased the surplus at least 65 days after t-sale from owner of record, or
3. You cleverly figured out how to probate the (deceased) owner's estate and apply for the surplus, received them and the cost of probating, creditors, heirs, etc. did not eat up your surplus booty.
