This is a one time deal. I have a few rentals and have been in re for several years. I met you at a meeting maybe 3 years ago in Los Angeles and another time in Orange County and liked you right away. I simply do not plan on buying at T.S as a career as I do not like them will not have the cash available. This is a one time deal so it did not make sense to have the training as I am a loan officer and have some knowledge already. There is not much happening on the board so I thought someone might be willing to share a lesson learned or perhaps a tidbit. Anyone have any experiences they wish to share? I will I am sure when I am done with the process. I believed that was the purpose of the Forumn in the first place. I did take the Title Holding Trust Class and it was money well spent. I just had my first grandchild and wanted to spend part of her baby years with her. You aren't kidding about the control thing.
