They are not trust worthy. $2000 for the keys and a vacant house in one week is a sweet deal for you both! Don't get your emotions in the way of a good business decision. Are the onwers or renters in the property? If valid tennants they have to start paying rent at Fair Market Value as of the date of the sale (your onwership). Onwers have much less rights start the three day either way and get going!
