Life should not always be about being serious, serious, serious. I am a bit nervous about the process even though all research was done. I was thinking I would hire an attorney to handle the cash for keys. Is this a good idea istead of going there myself? The occupants are the previous owners. I know a lot of tenant laws as I have had 2 rentals for 8 years. I did not think it could hurt to ask if anyone wanted to share experiences. I always look forward to your posts and the other posters.
