So you have twp (2) EDD or FTB liens thtat were recorded PRIOR to the foreclosing deed of trust on the subject property?

Did you reverse engineer the property when you chained out title?

How does it come to be that this TD was recorded AFTER the Ca tax lien(s)?

Was the TD related to purchase money?

Was it an insured transaction?

Why not provide us FITES info here so we can help you sort it out.
