Has anyone recently purchased a short sale direct from underwater owner who has already vacated property?
NOD filed Feb 2012.
what is the best practice to approach owner? any knowledge of lenders giving $$ looks like a Wells Fargo loan.
If I can get this I'd like to do a fix and flip.
Thanks for your response & help/advice.
