Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Blown Away? Surely you jest?

March 18, 2012 10:07AM
The lender basically has two options. Keep the deposit and the bidder either performs or attempts to get his deposit back. I'm assuming any deposit is of a few thousand dollars and any barking about taking any legal action is strictly that - all bark and no action. That would correct any attitude adjustment needed upon the part of the bidder. Time factor could play a part in the decision. The other choice is exactly what they did do to avoid time factor and any potential reposting of legal notifications. Most likely the same principal involved. The bigger question is what did the bidder think they were trying to accomplish? Most probably some ill-advised attempt of gamesmanship. Lenders made the practical decision to move on. Case closed.
