Just out of curiosity??? Which government agency is going to run around and check that the properties are ' rehabbed'?? And keep checking that they haven't been sold? I'm sure they could a legal deed restriction that a subsequent title company will catch, but how they can enforce the rehabbing? Not sure how all that bureacracy can be tracked.
