Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

I'm sure it's already underway...

Everyone is talking about it. Obama wants the banks to sale their huge REO inventory in big bulk to institutional investors.
When is this going to start? How can I follow this process as it unfolds?

Thanks.

These "REO to Rent" transactions are reported to be in the hundreds of millions of dollars. An additional major, qualifying pre-requisite is that buyers will be contractually required to rehab and rent out the properties for a minimum time period BEFORE they can resell them. And I'm sure the required rental time will be in terms of years...not months.

To follow up on the program I would make inquiries with HUD, the federal agency that holds most of the federal government's REO inventory.
