Thanks for your reply. Yes, I think there is likely too much equity to be able to pile on sufficient fees and interest to make the deal less appealing to trustee sale purchasers. Although I'm very familiar with the process of purchasing at the trustee sale, we've never been the bene at one. I was afraid that it might not be possible to do what we'd like, but was hoping for something I hadn't thought of. Looks like we'll have to be willing to let the property go if we decide to foreclose. Thanks again!
