Hello, i just got a listing to do a short sale, and the property has 2 small liens from a private lender under the 1st lien (Ocwen) , one for $11K and another for $30K wanna negotiate, but they refuse to provide copy of the Promisory Note. Seller doesn't have copy nor recall the terms! Any suggestions? Thanks
