need 3 bedroom house to rent

good afternoon all! steve cubberley here. currently looking for a 3 bedroom home to rent in san diego for a unique opportunity. need a 3 year lease. if the home needs some work, it is not a problem, as I am a contractor. willing to pay above average rent and/or wrap the repair cost into the rental price. I am an innovest grad from 2002, have known ward and stayed in touch all these years.
