Hello. First, let me say I am very sorry for your loss. I'm glad you have taken the time to get yourself what you need in terms of therapy & medication. The best thing we can ever do for our children is to make sure we are in the best mental state so that we can care for them in the way they deserve.
You said you have an investor wanting to buy the house. I don't understand why you are having an issue then. Typically, an investor has their lender or cash lined up and closing is much faster than with a traditional sale on the market. Unless the investor is a wholesaler and she's trying to find you an end buyer which can take months. What sort of contract do you have in place with her?
