Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Re: Grin and bear it...

Thank Ward,
I know that there is no specific time period to receive a TDUS. Just wondering what was the longest time someone had to wait.

I just received a call today from Recon stating that there was a transfer in deed before the TS. I've informed many trustee's of fraudulent grant deeds but I'm a bit tired of training them on how to spot them.

Out of the last three TS that I've purchased, I've had two false grant deeds which I corrected the foreclosing trustee to reverse their opinion that it was an invalid TS. I'm no longer going to push this issue unless it's a great deal.

On to the next deal.

Thanks again
