I had a really pleasant experience with Recontrust on my last transaction, so I am not sure what the issue is with your transaction. Check to see if your cashier's checks have been cleared. That usually is the first sign that they are moving forward (unless it was an Auction.com sale and then the checks are cleared the very next day by Auction.com)
