You don't need to "black" out...try whiteout.

A copy of the original, recorded Trustee's Deed that had info erased by "white" out rather than "black" out won't attract attention; especially when you provide a copy of the filled-in Request Not to Record Transfer Tax Info that accompanied the Trustee's Deed when it was recorded.
