Re: Significance of Priority of Recording and Legal Efficacy of a Judgment

I am looking for a litigation attorney who has experience with quiet title action in San Diego. This was a Tax lien sale and has a technical cloud on the title preventing
a clean title report leading to sale or refinance.
I am sure there are many general practice attorneys who "know how", I just want to select one who has completed the process of curing title without me being taken to the cleaners by them.
A referral to a good litigation attorney does not cut it. Curing title is it's own legal animal, however it is still cookbook law.
