if the 1st auction is on the 15th, and the winning bidder or lender manages to record his TDUS by the 24th,
wouldn't the 1st postion lender have to reschedule the sale from the 25th since the owner changed?
I would assume that at minimum, a new notice of sale would be required = 21 days (here in California).

During those 21 days, the winner of the first auction could pay off the 1st lien and you would never have a chance to bid at the 2nd auction.

Assuming there's enough equity to make it worth it.
